Under a Harvest Moon
We sang and danced
big Yellow setting, rising,
praising the Sacred Seeds
that every season bring us herbs
and flowers and trees
Are we still here

Or will Trump Blow us Up
Like a late night tweet
never again
clean air to breathe
as the EPA takes its last sneeze
and all we have done
to save our dying planet
has been undone
in 100 days of sinful corporate criminals
taking the reins
of a country once free
to never be seen again
what happened to
the american Dream?
Did it get eaten
in a 6th Mass Extinction
where greedy men
have raped and razed
