Different types of healing techniques were explored by andi bowe over the last forty years, a journey seeking healing for self and planet. In the early 1970s, at a kundalini yoga class in the Oregon State Experimental college, she learned about reflexology.
in 1970s she planted French intensive drought gardens and used all organic soil additives.
In 1974, she met Dr. Andy Weil, author of The Natural Mind, and learned about the healing power of South American herbs.
In 1975, she attended a healing gathering with Dr. John Christopher at Mt. Grove OR and learned about raw foods and herbs.
In 1970s she lived in the Hawaiian islands and explored reiki, the Huna religion, the lemonade cleansing diet, and other aspects of healing with grace and ginseng and fasting, as well as natural foods.
In 1978 she was healed of a fractured tail bone by Bob Rasmussen, who began the Regenesis Institute in CA to explore how to teach others to heal with the gift he was given after returning to earth from a near-death experience.
In 1984, she began to work with Jagruti in Mt. Shasta using wheat grass juice therapy to heal.
In 1991, she studied rebirthing and dolphin healing and communciation.
Many types of Chinese herbs were studied with her Tai chi teacher in SF, CA in late 1990s.
